Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for implementing sections of functionality, ensuring they are delivered on time with the correct approach and to the standards defined by the Lead Developer.
You will be creating solutions to technical issues, as well as assisting, mentoring and reviewing work from more Junior Developers.

JOB DUTIES

  • Estimating technical requirements to help plan deliveries
  • Planning & controlling own and team’s work stack
  • Designing, customising, coding and integrating to deliver requirements
  • Supporting the testing and validation during the change lifecycle
  • Mentoring a team of Developers including colleagues and partners
  • Performing peer reviews and code reviews of the SI partner teams
