Responsibilities Work with the product managers, stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into UX/UI deliverables Lead the UI design and development Act as a thought leader in the technical space through researching and knowing industry trends as well as cutting edge tools and technologies At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role. Ability to process information, translate into plans and present summaries to stakeholders. Experienced understanding of business line and discipline. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Demonstrable experience building solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents), as well as modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js). Familiarity with ALM/SDLC practices, including environment setup, solution export/import, role-based access control, and web application deployment. Experience with custom connectors, plugins, and RESTful APIs for Power Platform, web integration and with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external data sources. Understanding of data modelling, process automation, and application lifecycle management. Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
