As a Front-End Developer, you’ll take the lead in translating design concepts into fully responsive, high-performing websites, landing pages, and marketing assets. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Front-End Development & Implementation:

  • Design, develop, and maintain user-facing components for marketing websites, landing pages, and digital assets.
  • Translate design mockups and wireframes into responsive, interactive, and accessible interfaces that align with brand guidelines and business goals.
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across browsers and devices.

Campaign & Feature Support:

  • Support the marketing team in building and updating campaign pages, microsites, and other digital touchpoints.
  • Implement enhancements and optimisations based on user behaviour, A/B testing results, or analytics insights.
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving front-end bugs to ensure smooth functionality and consistent presentation.

Collaboration with Marketing & Creative Teams:

  • Work closely with marketing, content, design, and growth teams to understand campaign objectives, user journeys, and content needs.
  • Participate in creative discussions and technical planning to ensure that front-end solutions effectively support business and brand goals.

Performance, Accessibility & SEO Optimisation:

  • Ensure that all front-end outputs meet high performance, accessibility, and SEO standards.
  • Optimise loading speeds, implement semantic HTML, and maintain compliance with accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to embed tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager or analytics scripts as required.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

  • Contribute to testing and debugging efforts to ensure that front-end components render correctly and perform as expected across platforms.
  • Participate in cross-browser and responsive testing, and support QA efforts in identifying and resolving interface-related issues.

Maintenance & Continuous Improvement:

  • Maintain and iterate on existing front-end components, design systems, and marketing templates.
  • Stay proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement in user experience, maintainability, or technical performance.

Adherence to Best Practices & Brand Standards:

  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and consistency by following established development best practices and participating in code reviews.
  • Maintain brand integrity through accurate implementation of design systems and style guides.
