We are looking for a high-agency engineer who leverages modern AI to outpace traditional workflows and is ready to grow into a formal leadership role About the Role: Design and implement user-facing features using React and TypeScript for Via’s Operation Center. Own the frontend architecture for new components and workflows, ensuring clean, scalable, and maintainable code. Accelerate development by leveraging modern AI coding tools to optimize your workflow and output. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end features Step into leadership by mentoring peers, driving technical decisions, and shaping front-end best practices. Who You Are: Experienced: 4+ years of software engineering experience building complex, modern web applications You have strong, hands-on experience with FE technologies - React and a deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals. High-Agency: You don't just take tickets; you own problems end-to-end and are comfortable navigating ambiguity. A Team Player: You thrive in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
