This role allows you to make a lasting impact on the future growth of our Family Care & Professional business. Shape the innovation strategy for trademarked brands, including Kleenex®, Cottonelle®, Scott®, and WypAll®, across all categories and products. You’ll have the opportunity to spearhead strategic initiatives in collaboration with R&D leadership, cross-functional teams such as Marketing, and product developers dedicated to specific brands and categories. You’ll harness both internal and external opportunities to align consumer insights with cutting-edge products and technologies. While, driving a robust innovation pipeline for the next three-plus years through strategic investments in global reapplications and partnerships.

  • Develop product, process, packaging innovation strategies for Family Care & Professional R&D
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and strategy development.
  • Collaborate with R&D leadership and product developers to align on brand and category-specific goals.
  • Identify and leverage internal and external opportunities to enhance the innovation pipeline.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Develop product, process, packaging innovation strategies for Family Care & Professional R&D
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and strategy development.
  • Collaborate with R&D leadership and product developers to align on brand and category-specific goals.
  • Identify and leverage internal and external opportunities to enhance the innovation pipeline

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, product/industrial design or related discipline
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a consumer or strategy focused role or another equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven evidence of a solid background of knowledge and experience combined with demonstrated ability to lead the development of strategic plans for a consumer-focused platform
  • Critical to this position is the ability to influence and communicate with individuals at all organizational levels and drive organizational alignment in areas that often have a lack of data or clarity
  • Technical Expertise in Research & Development, Innovation, Pipeline Development.
  • Prior experience with Consumer and/or Professional brands and tissue technology, preferred.
  • Experience working closely with the brand and market research team members translating consumer insights into product opportunities, preferred.
  • Experience working with relevant external innovators, consultants, and vendors, preferred
