Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 12+ years of hands-on experience in front-end software development, with a strong portfolio of delivered projects. Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one major frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue.js etc.) Comprehensive knowledge of software architecture patterns, design principles, and best practices. Experience with unit testing frameworks and automated testing tools. Solid understanding of integrating frontend solutions with microservices-based backends. Significant experience in end-to-end product development, specifically focusing on front-end architecture and design of products, ensuring cohesive integration with broader system goals. Extensive background in architecting comprehensive solutions that align with business objectives. Experience in building user-friendly applications, as well as identifying and implementing continuous improvements to enhance usability and performance. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a dedication to delivering high-quality, maintainable code. Proven leadership experience, including mentoring, code reviews, and technical guidance.
