Position Overview: As the Front End Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all front-end operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will oversee scheduling, training, and performance management for front-end staff, while setting the standard for professionalism and exceptional service. You’ll work closely with store leadership to maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment.
