This position is located in Plano,TX.

• Design, develop, and maintain user-facing features using React, TypeScript, and Vite
• Build and optimize reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality, scalable code
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and maintain design consistency across the application
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes

Strong proficiency in React.js and TypeScript with 3+ years of experience in front-end development

• Hands-on experience with Vite as a build tool in production applications
• Solid understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
• Familiarity with Vibe coding practices, and a willingness to embrace it
• Working knowledge of RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms
• Proficiency with modern version control tools, especially Git
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skill

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in agile environments and using project tracking tools like Jira
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practice

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 - $136,400.00.
