The Front-End Service Clerk is responsible to ensure customer service is provided through maintaining a safe and efficient operation while adhering to Company policies, procedures and standards. The Front-End Service Clerk position reports directly to the Customer Service Supervisor/Front End Manager, and the main responsibilities include;
Performs all aspects of Front End Service Clerk functions including but not limited to: opening and closing duties, setting up storefront, filling supplies, cleaning mats, preparing and assisting in organizing deliveries, providing wrapping carry out service to meet customer satisfaction, proper care and handling of all shopping carts, hand baskets, carryout carts, and replaces existing stock after cleaning.Other duties include; hanging signs from the ceiling or on the walls, and obtaining change for cashiers from customer service.
