You bring cross-functional expertise, combining deep specialization in a core discipline with the versatility and motivation to contribute across adjacent areas. Your skills will help deliver secure, scalable, and high-impact solutions that address complex challenges and advance mission success What Your Day Might Include… Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and clients to understand needs, constraints, and solution opportunities. Collaborate with Business Development, Communities of Practice, Marketing, and Delivery teams to drive solution success. Design end-to-end solutions with a focus on scalability, security, and performance. Lead architecture and technical design of complex software systems, selecting tools, defining system components, and integrating APIs. Participate in planning peer reviewing, documentation, and testing and QA. Set coding standards, conduct code reviews, and champion industry best practices. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless solution implementation. Translate technical concepts into clear, compelling proposal content and documentation. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and federal IT innovations. Serve as a subject matter expert to both technical and non-technical audiences. Drive adoption of innovative methods, continuous improvement, and new technologies across delivery teams. Participate in technical challenges, orals, and proposal development activities.
