Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Full Time Front End Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have passion and knowledge for all things produce and will assist the Front End Management Team Managers in overseeing the daily department operations, including delegating tasks, training, and developing employees, providing exemplary customer service, upholding store policies, and ensuring the proper rotation and display of product to meet our high standards for freshness and quality.

  • Assist in managing, motivating, training, and developing staff according to company policies and procedures.
  • Merchandise produce so that it is organized and visually appealing to maximize sales and uphold the overall store appearance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in all situations, including returns and complaints.
  • Maintain store and display signage to set standards.
  • Monitor sales floor for loss prevention and store security purposes.
  • Be a role model and inspire behaviour consistent with our values.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all Team Members, customers, and vendors.
