JOB OVERVIEW

The Front-End Web Developer will play a key role in bringing our client’s gifting experiences to life through beautifully designed, brand-aligned websites. Working as part of our in-house digital team, the developer will be responsible for turning designs and brand assets into interactive, responsive, and accessible websites that form the front-end of our bespoke gifting platforms.
Alongside website development, the role may involve designing supporting assets such as message cards, ribbons for gift wrap, and packaging to ensure a cohesive brand presence across both digital and physical touch points. The ideal candidate will combine technical skills with a strong eye for design, working closely with internal teams to deliver polished, user-focused solutions.

• Design and build pixel-perfect front-end websites and portals tailored to individual client brand guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with internal design, client services, and back-end development teams to deliver polished, high-quality digital experiences.
• Ensure that all front-end work aligns with accessibility standards, responsive design principles, and best-in-class performance practices.
• Support the creation of branded assets such as message cards, flower box designs, and gift wrap concepts, ensuring full consistency with the corresponding digital platforms.
• Contribute to front-end architecture decisions, component reuse strategies, and style guide consistency.
• Maintain and iterate on client gifting portals and microsites as client needs evolve or campaigns launch/change.
• Provide input on technical feasibility during the design phase and help troubleshoot front-end bugs and display issues post-build.
  Ensure all designs are fully compatible across modern browsers and a wide range of devices.
