JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing front-of-house staff, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and reservation software is a plus.
