Front Line Crew Members are responsible for excellent customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and speed. This position works in various stations within the restaurant which may include hot line, cold line, bartender and cashier. MORE MONEY - $25.30 - $27.30 per hour including tips! We believe in paying a Living Wage and that’s why your base rate plus tips will allow you to make more than any other fast casual around.
