SUPERVISOR: Team Leader / Assistant Manager / General Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Front Line Team Members will exceed Member and Guest expectations by providing quick and friendly service while vacuuming, wiping down vehicles and cleaning windows.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Retain and create new Member/Guest relations
Promote new Memberships/Fast Passes and special offers
Vacuum vehicles: floor mats, carpet, between and under seats, back window area, ashtrays, cup holders
Wipe down the exterior and interior of vehicles, including door jambs
Apply spray wax and tire dressing
Clean interior and exterior windows
Communicate to the Manager any situation, problem or accident
Clean facilities, equipment and bathrooms
If proper training has been given, assist Detail Employees when needed and Front Line is slow
PREREQUISITES:
Good customer service skills
Ability to work in awkward postures
Ability to multitask
Responsibilities
Front Line Team Members provide quick and friendly service while cleaning vehicles. They are responsible for maintaining Member and Guest relations and promoting memberships and special offers.
