400 Gradi is looking for an experienced casual Floor / Waiter to join our team!

We’re looking for a FOH hospitality champion who want to build a long term career with us by joining our busy vibrant team at our Brunswick East location.

• Required

-Experience within a fast paced, high-pressure restaurant venues
(minimum 1 year experience on the floor is necessary)

-Must be availability for night shifts and weekends.

• Salary – Casual award, $31.19 - A$32.31 / Hour.
• Location - Brunswick East –15 hours minimum weekly.

The FoH role is hands-on and detail-focused. Italian cuisine knowledge is a plus, but training is provided. Applicants need great communication, initiative, and a friendly, professional attitude. Must be well-groomed, able to multitask under pressure, and available on a flexible roster including weekends.
