Scotland’s leading provider of Audiology and Aural care services is recruiting for a Front of House Administrator.
As an important part of our client’s journey from start to finish our front of house team play an essential role in our clinics providing high levels of customer service. We are looking for the right candidate to join our team that will share our values in being welcoming, friendly, professional and caring.
Based mainly at our Edinburgh clinic the successful candidate will work on a part time basis , with the occasional requirement for holiday cover at our other Scottish clinics.
Day to day duties will include answering telephone and email enquires and managing the diaries of a busy team of clinicians across all House of Hearing clinics. Meeting and greeting patients, processing payments and carrying out associated administration tasks.
Key Skills and Qualities:
· Previous customer service experience with a strong client focus.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Able to multitask and prioritize.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
