JOB DESCRIPTION

Driftwood is a busy, family run Café open 7 days a week from 9am serving fresh cooked-to order breakfasts, homemade light lunches, tea and cake
We are looking for new staff members to join our friendly team. To take customer orders using an EPOS system, to clear tables, take out food and trays of drinks & work behind our counter serving our homemade cakes and freshly made coffee.

• To deliver and maintain exceptional customer service standards throughout the day
• To provide a high standard of table service to all customers
• To deliver food to customer tables quickly and efficiently
• To clear tables and assist with the Kitchen Porter if needed
• To use a EPOS system to take food and drink orders efficiently and in a trustworthy manner
• Take payments smoothly and quickly
• To maintain exceptional customer service, customer relations and strive for repeat business.
• To be able to work as part of a small busy team
• Maintain a clean environment and ensure compliance with all Health and Hygiene regulations.
