DESCRIPTION

Join our award-winning team at Glenapp Castle, featured on BBC Amazing Hotels: Life Beyond the Lobby, with a Michelin Key and renowned for our 3 AA Rosette restaurant and Relais & Châteaux affiliation. We are looking for a passionate Front of House Assistant to join the Castle to help make magical moments for guests.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• A strong interest in a career as part of our hospitality Team. It is important that the candidates can demonstrate a willingness to learn and have a positive attitude within a very busy environment.
• Calmness under pressure will be important.
• Attention to detail with creative flair will also be key.
• Fit and healthy to meet the demands of the role which consists of setting up and moving furniture for events and day to day operations.
• Ability to communicate freely in the local language.
• Previous experience in 5 stars environment is preferred.
• Open and friendly with a desire to deliver exceptional Guest experience.
• A team player, contributing positively to team performance.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to priorities workload.
• Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
