We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as Front of House staff in our busy, fast-paced clothing alterations store.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service – welcoming, advising, and assisting customers.
• Managing and coordinating work for our team of seamstresses.
• Communicating with seamstresses to ensure customer requests and alterations are completed efficiently.
• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the shop, ensuring operations run smoothly.
• Handling customer queries and providing solutions in a friendly and professional manner.
