Front of House Assistants, FT & PT

We have an exciting opportunity for Full Time & Part Time Front of House Assistants to join our team at Loom Loft Furniture & Interiors.

• Serving customers to the highest standard, going above and beyond and creating lasting relationships for repeat custom
• Assist customers in a warm and friendly manner and ensure their orders are accurate and delivered with a smile
• Preparation and outstanding presentation of food and beverages both hot and cold
• Able to set up the restaurant ready for opening
• Ensure outstanding levels of cleanliness using daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Daily administrative tasks, including temperature checks and other food hygiene records
• Deal with enquiries and issues promptly and in a professional manner ensuring management are aware when a problem arises
• Provide assistance to the manager during end of day close down
• Comply with all company policies.
• Comply with all Health and Safety Regulations.
• Ensuring all documentation is completed to Food Standards Agency Brand Standard 5

SKILLS, INTERESTS AND QUALITIES NEEDED:

• Preferably previous experience in a similar role, but full training given
• Preferably Barista trained
• An outgoing personality
• Excellent customer service and people skills
• High standards and quality driven
• Excellent organisational skills
• An immaculate appearance
• To work well under pressure with the ability to multi task
• Have knowledge of health and safety.
• Preferably have Food Hygiene Level 2
• Listening skills
• Honest and open
• Reliable, committed and flexible
  Hours per week - 36 ; flexible Monday to Sunday, must to be available at least one weekend day.
