JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Associate to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients in addition to supporting the Admin function with various administrative tasks. As a member of the Front of House team, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, assisting with their needs, and your passion for hospitality and attention to detail will contribute significantly to our success.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in an office and front of house.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour towards clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated when required.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome clients as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  • Produce and maintain accurate and complete documentation /correspondence in a compliant manner.
  • Competently and professionally speak to clients and colleagues over the telephone and via email.
  • Build and maintain an excellent rapport with our clients and colleagues.
  • Answer calls (including screening and rerouting) and emails in a professional and timely manner, often being first point of contact for clients and other associates.
  • Oversee mailroom functionalities, incoming mail and distribution as well as preparation/sending of outgoing mail.
  • Demonstrate excellent client service and be a front-facing ambassador for the firm.
  • Ad hoc banking, including the paying in of cheques.
  • Basic financial reporting - dealing with and logging petty cash, supporting with the logging of payments and disbursements
  • Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting visitor passes as necessary as well as maintaining visitor logs.
  • Keeping basic office supplies stocked and accessible to visitors, such as pens and notepads.
  • Supporting the admin team with archiving of old files and records
  • Completing ad hoc administrative tasks
