Flanagan’s Pub is celebrating 50 years serving the Dayton community in 2026! We are seeking an organized, positive and energetic individual who can join our leadership team. We are proud to be a locally owned Irish Pub and UD “College Bar.” We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House/Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The FOH Manager is the face of the business. Their primary focus is the customer experience, staff management, and the overall operation of the dining and bar areas.

1. CUSTOMER SERVICE & EXPERIENCE

• Guest Relations: Greeting and seating customers, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive atmosphere.
• Service Standards: Training staff on proper service techniques, upselling, and ensuring prompt service.
• Ambiance: Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar, bathrooms and dining areas.
