We are looking for hard working, reliable and friendly candidates to add to our front of house Bar & Restaurant staff.
Working in a family owned and run Hotel, Bar and Restaurant boasting a busy reputable restaurant in a fast paced yet comfortable working environment.

THE ROLE:

• The serving of customers for drink and food orders.
• Hosting guests and working a section of the restaurant, taking orders, table checking and taking payments.
• Service of alcohol - applicants must be 18 or over.
• The clearing and re-setting of the restaurant floor
• To work as part of the service team, working under supervision of duty managers.
• Re-stocking and clearing down of the bar at the end of shift.
• Regular weekend shifts available along with possible weekday evening shifts available with approximately 10-15 hours per week with overtime available.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring the clearing and presentation of the restaurant floor for service.
• When hosting guests to make sure they are catered for attentively throughout their visit.
• Relaying any customer complaints or comments to the management team.
• To communicate any changes or requests on orders to the kitchen team.
• Ensuring shifts are finished and cleaned down to a specific standard in the kitchen and bar restaurant.
• The friendly interaction with all customers.
  Previous bar and restaurant experience is welcomed but training will be provided.

  Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
