• Order Management: Efficiently manage customer orders, inputting them accurately into the POS system, and ensuring prompt and accurate delivery. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Menu Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our menu offerings, including coffee varieties, specialty drinks, and cakes, to assist customers in making informed choices.
• Hygiene and Safety: Adhere rigorously to all food safety and hygiene protocols, maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments with precision and integrity.
