KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous high-level serving or bartending experience required
• Valid Serving It Right certification
• Availability to work weekends, holidays and evenings
• Solid technical bartending knowledge, including standard cocktails and highballs
• Ability to confidently lead conversation and engage guests in any setting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Passion for sharing great food and drink experiences with guests
• Energetic, upbeat, and team-oriented
• Capable of demonstrating leadership and making sound judgments with confidence

• Surprise and delight guests with handcrafted cocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages while creating a personalized, engaging connection
• Maintain strong knowledge and consistent execution of all beverages on our menu
• Deliver full food and beverage service to guests seated at the bar, including offering thoughtful food and drink pairings
• Promptly and accurately prepare beverages for both guests and service staff, ensuring quality and speed
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar and lounge environment
