Since 2009 we have been serving up fun, elevated Mexican street food, cocktails and epic vibes across 7 days of the week - looking after every guest like they are regulars, and regulars like they are family! And right now we’re looking for professional and experienced Section Waiters, Runners, Cocktail Bartenders and senior FOH to join our team.

Experience, Skills & Attitude required;

• Experience as a Section Waitstaff or Cocktail Bartender in a fast-paced, high-volume venue - at least two years
• Can confidently handle and enjoy looking after a section of 6-8 tables, consistently delivering a tight sequence of service
• A genuine care and confidence in looking after people and great (and we mean great!) banter
• Outgoing personality - naturally a glass half full always
• Care for attention to detail
• RSA required
