We are seeking a Front of House Associate to join our team at our event venues in London. The ideal candidate will assist customers at the tables, reception and checkout, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly service at the front end of the venue
- Direct customers to their appropriate seating areas
- Process payments using cash registers or electronic payment systems
- Assist with resolving customer queries or issues
- Maintain a clean and organised area
- Follow food safety guidelines when handling food products
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable
- Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage
- Strong time management skills to handle peak customer traffic efficiently
- Ability to assist with basic food preparation tasks
- Proficiency in basic maths for handling transactions accurately
