Our East Perth cafe is searching for a valuable member to join our amazing team as a front of house manager.
Key points:
Monday to Friday 630am to 230pm
70k per year plus super.
Subsidied private parking.
Starting in mid to late September .
Experience:
Must have a minimum of two years in managerial skills specifically in hospitality (cafes/restaurants/pubs etc).
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- leadership and motivation of staff
- Operational procedures and daily running of cafe.
- Maintaining customer and supplier relationships
- Compliance with all relevant governing bodies
- Staff rostering
- Stock control and ordering of certain departments.
Skills required:
Basic understanding of the food and beverage industry in the cafe space.
POS software knowledge and experience.
Communication
Problem solving and handling of customer related issues or queries.
