Company Description Job Title: Front of House Catering Restaurant Supervisor Department: Amazon DSA6 Employment Type: Full-Time,5 days over 7 every other weekend, 08:00-16:30. £14.25 ph Job Summary The Catering Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of catering services, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, hygiene, and health & safety. The role involves supervising catering staff, coordinating food service activities, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring contractual service standards are met. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support catering staff during food preparation and service. Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times. Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control standards. Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management. Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout catering areas. Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies and equipment. Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly. Support the Catering Manager in achieving financial and operational targets. Complete daily records, reports, and documentation as required. Assist with special events, functions, and hospitality services. Ensure contractual requirements and service level agreements are consistently met. Job Description Supervision Looking after vending account Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback to maintain a high level of performance Quality Control - monitor stock and presentation, and service standards to ensure they meet or exceed customer expectations. Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction Customer Service - foster positive relationships with clients and guests, addressing their needs and concerns. Handle customer inquiries, requests, and special dietary requirements with professionalism and courtesy.
