  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Flexibility to work on rotating shifts (including some Saturdays)
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Front of House Concierge, you are the face and heartbeat of Alpha Vitality. You will play a key role in creating a warm, professional, and seamless experience for our clients from the moment they walk through the door. Your ability to combine hospitality with operational efficiency is essential in supporting a high-end, service-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival
  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and client check-ins/check-outs
  • Provide clear and professional guidance to clients on services, schedules, and facilities
  • Support service flow and coordination with wellness coaches and technicians
  • Handle phone and WhatsApp inquiries, including rescheduling and cancellations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house and reception area
  • Ensure smooth service usage and credit tracking through our booking platform
  • Support onboarding of new clients and explain health declarations or consent forms
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Assist with events, VIP visits, and occasional administrative tasks
