As the Conference and Events Express Caterer, you will oversee a diverse hospitality operation, responsible for delivering to multiple venues and events on campus. Your key responsibilities will include: • A sole charge position with autonomy to make decisions. • Proactively engaging with University Departments to build strong relationships and create new business opportunities. • Ensuring our Express Catering Services exceeds the expectations of our clients. • Ensuring all aspects of our services embrace and implement the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the University’s Māori and Pacific Strategic Frameworks.
