We are looking for a skilled Front of House Coordinator to join our growing team at Stoke Lodge Hotel.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth front-of-house operations; working at reception, assisting with administrative tasks and food and beverage operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling guest enquiries by email, phone and in-person promptly and professionally
  • Checking guests in/out, taking reservations, both for rooms and the restaurant
  • Assisting with guest requests and questions
  • Handling minor guest complaints, listening, taking feedback and offering an appropriate solution in line with training
  • Ability to work with our Property Management System and Online Travel Agents, and assigning guests appropriately
  • Assisting with administrative tasks
  • Serve drinks and assist with food orders
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
  • Implement and enforce health and safety regulations

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Experience within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and independently
  • Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations
