We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Crew Members to join our dynamic team. QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling practices.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety regulations.
• Smart Serve and Food Certificate A MUST.

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
• Take orders accurately using the POS system, including Micros POS, ensuring all requests are met.
• Prepare food items in accordance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and basic math skills.
• Assist with serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness in the front of house area, including dining tables, counters, and restrooms.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and service delivery during peak hours.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation practices to ensure a safe dining environment.
