Front of House Customer Service – Hastings Clinic Full Time | Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm + Weekend Roster We are looking for a warm, organised, and proactive Front of House team member to join our busy Hastings Clinic. This is a key role where you are the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, setting the tone for an exceptional clinic experience. About the Role This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm. You will also be part of a shared weekend roster (currently 1 in every 6 weekends, 9:00am–1:00pm), with a Day Off After Duty (DOAD) provided the following week. What You’ll Be Doing Welcoming clients and patients with professionalism, empathy, and care Managing appointments, phone enquiries, and front desk coordination Supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations Handling payments, invoicing, and general administration Maintaining a calm and efficient front-of-house environment, even during busy periods Providing advice and support on over-the-counter products, including pet nutrition, preventatives, and general care items Actively contributing to retail sales by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate products Maintaining retail displays and ensuring stock is well presented and available What We’re Looking For Proven customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people and animals High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to support others Confidence using systems and learning new processes Why Join Us?
