As a FOH Team Member at Camp Canine, you’re the face of our company! You’ll greet clients (both human and furry), manage appointments, support grooming and daycare communication, and help keep our front space running smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: FOH

• Greet and check in dogs for daycare and grooming
• Communicate with clients in person, by phone, and through email/text
• Manage Gingr software for bookings, notes, and checkouts
• Handle payment processing and client instructions
• Coordinate with daycare and grooming staff
• Prep and clean the FOH area (laundry, sweeping, organizing)
• Ensure leashes and belongings are properly labeled
• Monitor and respond to emails and calls in a timely manner
• Support grooming log sheets and rebooking process
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and calm demeanor during busy moments
  As a Daycare Attendant at Camp Canine, you’re part of the pack! You’ll spend your day interacting with dogs of all sizes, ensuring a safe, engaging, and fun environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: DOG DAYCARE

• Supervise and engage with dogs in the playroom
• Lead structured activities like name games, sit & stay, agility, and toy play
• Monitor behavior and crate dogs when necessary (e.g., poop eaters, high energy)
• Handle feeding and walking of boarding dogs
• Update internal WhatsApp group with any dog-specific notes or incidents
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the playroom (sweeping, wiping down surfaces)
• Ensure a calm, relaxed atmosphere during nap times
• Assist with morning drop-offs and afternoon pick-ups
  Job Type: Part-time
  Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
