Fieno serves authentic Italian pizza and dishes in Saariselkä. Our roots lie in northern food culture, bringing a fresh twist to it while staying true to traditional Italian styles. Our multicultural and talented team is now looking for the next perfect person to join and support us. This is a seasonal role for a front-of-house waiter at Restaurant Fieno, located on-site in Saariselkä, the Finnish Lapland.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in customer service or hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive and proactive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good English-language skills (other languages are a plus)
• Team player with a flexible mindset
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a front-of-house, you will be the face of Fieno’s warm and welcoming service. Your responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, and ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience. You will work closely with both the kitchen and front-of-house team to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We care deeply about our team and are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and service-oriented people to join us in the unique surroundings of the Finnish Lapland.

THIS ROLE WILL BE STARTING IN NOVEMBER 2025 AND WILL RUN UNTIL THE END OF THE SEASON 2026 (SPRING). THE POSITION WILL BE FILLED AS SOON AS THE BEST APPLICANT HAS BEEN FOUND.
