  Kessler Baking Studio in the Bishop Arts District of Dallas, TX is hiring part-time for guest services/front of house to join our fun, passionate team. Kessler Baking Studio is a scratch bakery that produces cookies, blondies, brownies, shortbreads, breakfast pastries, breads and specialty cakes. We’re also black-owned, community and justice oriented, and we consider our small team to be a family. We are located at 1129 North Beckley Avenue. Our ideal candidate is a creative self-starter that enjoys working with others and has positive energy.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Retail/Front of House experience in bakery, retail or restaurant
• Ability to work in a team towards a common goal
• Outgoing personality
• Good communication skills
• Friendly and positive attitude

REQUIREMENTS

• Available to work 24 - 30 hours per week during hour business hours (Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday: 2PM - 6PM and/or 12PM - 6PM, Friday & Saturday: 9AM - 2PM.
• Front of house experience in bakery, coffee shop, retail or restaurant
• Must be comfortable working with a team
