The Old Manor House Hotel is a 400-year-old independently run hotel with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We pride ourselves on delivering personal service, excellent food, and memorable stays. We are now looking for a motivated and friendly Front of House team member to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Availability to work weekends and evenings.
  • Previous hotel or hospitality experience (1+ year preferred).
  • Strong teamwork, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional manner.
  • Basic IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems).
Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and checking in/out hotel guests.
  • Running the bar and restaurant service in the evenings.
  • Ensuring the bar and restaurant are kept clean and well-presented.
  • Handling office tasks such as managing bookings, answering emails, and responding to phone calls.
  • Dealing with function enquiries and logging them into the diary.
  • Assisting with dinner parties and working with casual staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Opening and closing the hotel during morning or evening shifts.
