REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong guest services skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A friendly demeanour with a willingness to help others.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
