Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our front of house team. As a Front of House Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our customers, managing the reception area, and ensuring the smooth operation of our garage. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a friendly and professional manner
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and well-organized at all times
Book appointments, manage diaries, and coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Process payments, manage invoices, and maintain accurate records
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers about our services
Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent customer service and a positive experience
Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Proactively promote additional services and repairs suggested by our technicians to customers, with a focus on meeting their needs and increasing sales
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a garage or automotive environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and other software applications
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to work in a sales-focused environment and meet targets
