ROLES: FRONT OF HOUSE / LIFEGUARD

Location: Ross Swimming Pool
Job Type: Permanent Part-Time
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Rota: Regular pattern of working hours and shifts

ABOUT THE ROLES

We’re looking for friendly, caring, and confident individuals to join our team at Ross Swimming Pool. Whether you’re passionate about customer service or committed to keeping people safe in and around water, we have a role for you!

As a Lifeguard, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety of all pool users. You’ll:

• Supervise swimming sessions
• Carry out rescues and administer first aid if needed
• Challenge unsafe behaviour and follow safety protocols
• Stay calm and focused under pressur
