ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a highly organised and community-minded Front of House Manager to take charge of our East Perth sauna and wellbeing venue. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine customer service, operations, and team management with a genuine love of people and connection.
You’ll bring structure, calm confidence, and problem-solving skills to a busy, social environment. From running smooth daily operations to leading a team and creating memorable guest moments, you’ll help shape the culture of one of our newest flagship venues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, manage, and inspire a team of part-time and casual staff.
• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring the venue runs smoothly, looks immaculate, and delivers excellent service.
• Manage rostering and oversee recruitment, staff onboarding, and training.
• Create a community-focused atmosphere where guests feel welcome and engaged.
• Manage stock levels and provide regular updates and reports to our People & Operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
