OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining a positive and efficient working environment for our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in hospitality, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant sector is essential (at least 2 years)
  • Proficiency in bartending is highly desirable, alongside knowledge of food preparation techniques.
  • Strong team management skills with a proven track record of leading a successful team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport with both guests and staff members.
  • A commitment to upholding high standards of food safety and hygiene practices is required.
