JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests while effectively managing staff and maintaining operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu development.
  • Experience with inventory control and budgeting processes.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is essential.
  • Previous experience in fine dining or casual dining environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with various POS systems (Heartland/Genius) is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
