Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced Front of House Manager & Beverage Director to lead our bartenders and service staff, design our cocktail program, and curate a wine list that brings people together. This is a chance to put your creative stamp on a brand-new concept and grow with us from day one.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and inspire a team of bartenders and servers.
  • Develop and manage our seasonal cocktail menu and beverage program.
  • Curate and manage the wine list (sommelier knowledge a strong asset).
  • Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations to ensure top-tier service.
  • Work alongside the Executive Chef on food-and-drink pairings.
  • Manage scheduling, training, inventory, and vendor relationships.
  • Contribute to our mission of being a true community gathering space.
