SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to join our dynamic team at the Burford Bar Company. This role is based in our beautiful hotel and is crucial for ensuring an outstanding guest experience, aligning with our mission to provide quality service and hospitality.

Experience:

• Front of House : 2 years (required

• Oversee daily front of house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Manage and train front of house staff, fostering a positive team environment
• Maintain high standards of service and hospitality at all times
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
• Implement and uphold food safety standards throughout the establishment
• Assist in developing promotional events to enhance guest engagement.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Experience in restaurant or culinary settings is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
