Description Cape Cod Café, home of the original bar-style pizza and a staple in the Brockton community, is looking for a Front of House Manager to lead our team and help drive an exceptional guest experience. What You’ll Do: Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and ensure every step of service is executed with excellence Lead all Front-of-House training and development efforts Manage performance of FOH staff through coaching, evaluations, and disciplinary action when needed Provide daily feedback and support to key team members, assistant managers, and hourly staff Review applications, conduct interviews, and hire or recommend hiring decisions for FOH roles Collaborate with General Manager to set weekly schedules , assign tasks, and direct staff before, during, and after service hours Create a fun, safe, and engaging work environment by implementing contests, theme nights, and staff incentives Oversee reservations, seating flow, table turnover, and guest inquiries to ensure smooth operations Requirements Prior experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced setting A hands-on, team-first attitude with a focus on hospitality Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
Responsibilities
