Requirements: Proven experience in food and beverage or similar role in a high-volume establishment. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
