We are currently looking for a passionate Front of House Manager, to join our Front of House Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Front of House Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• Take an instrumental part in the management and organisation of the hotel’s duty management, i.e. preparation of the rota, assess training needs, enhance the duty management function
• Forster a collaborative environment within FOH but also within all other areas of the hotel
• Manage the FOH division’s respective budgets and KPI’s are met or exceeded.
• Ensure team training, development and succession planning within the FOH division in line with training targets and business needs
• Monitor guest feedback across all platforms – ensures effective initiatives are implemented to improve the NPS, GRI and TripAdvisor scores
• Ensure the team is trained to perform to the highest LQA and AA standards with consistency
• Work as Deputy in the absence of the Director of Rooms

You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their duties and in any event not less than 40 hours.
